FAQ
- Is Pro a subscription?
- No. You pay once and Pro stays unlocked. There’s nothing to renew or cancel.
- How does the free trial work?
- Every new account gets Pro free for 14 days. You don’t give any payment details, and nothing is charged when it ends. You just carry on with Free.
- What happens to my trips when the trial ends?
- They stay just as they are. You can keep planning for free, and the Pro features are there whenever you want them.
- I bought Pro in the app. Do I have it here too?
- Yes. Pro belongs to your account, so it’s there wherever you sign in: on the website, iPhone and Android.
- Does everyone on my trip need Pro?
- No. If the trip’s owner has Pro, everyone on the trip can use its budget, To do, packing lists, map and the rest. Daydream, trip reminders and keeping trips on a phone go with each person’s own plan.
- Are Daydream credits included?
- Yes. Pro comes with 40 credits every month, during the trial too. If you run out, you can buy more once you have Pro.
- Why is the price different in the app?
- On the website, Pro is US$4.99 with any tax included, and checkout can show it in your own currency. In the app, Apple or Google Play show the price in your currency and add your local tax, so it can come out a little higher. It’s the same Pro either way, and it works everywhere you sign in.
- Can I get a refund?
- Pro isn’t refundable once it’s unlocked, except where the law gives you that right. Apple and Google Play handle refunds for purchases in the app. The terms of sale have the details.
